Changed my plan but my profile online isn't updated

I changed my plan to $15/month. I checked my online banking and I was charged $15. However when I go online to check my publicmobile account it says I still have my $35/month plan. What is going on?! I'm worried because I cannot afford 2 plans!

When you are in self-serve, @Missamberneil , click the little yellow area for a refreshed version of the page.

 

You're likely viewing a cached version of the page - Public Mobile's self-serve site has horrible caching issues whereby it displays outdated information from last login's.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.

 

When login into your account, refresh your overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.

 

You were probably looking at old cached information before.
