I changed my number a few times and now nothing is working.. no one can call my new number I cant call numbers or a voicemail it says its not in service what do I do

Well that's a bit of a mess! Whatever the fourth number you chose is what you are likely stuck with. Look under the "Your plan" section to see what number is listed on your account. If none of the suggestions get your service working then customer support will have to fix the issue.

Changing Your Number

You can change your phone number up to 4 times every 30 days after you’ve activated. To change  go to your Self Serve Account here link, and:

  • Select the “Plans and Add ons” tab
  • Click on “Change Phone Number”
  • Then, you can choose to select a new phone number,
  • and do Rebooting your phone

    *what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

**you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings

How to reset network settings on an Android device
  1. Open the Settings app on your Android.
  2. Scroll to and tap either "General management" or "System," depending on what device you have.
  3. Tap either "Reset" or "Reset options."

Select the brand and model of your phone, After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do again Rebooting your phone

What happens when you call the last PM number that you choose?  Is that number still active?  What number shows up in your self service account?  

 

Maybe reboot your phone? Network reset of phone?

@FaithOrton_   You need to contact customer support by clicking the chatbot bubble bottom right of screen and submit ticket for help, or click the envelope icon top right next to your avatar and send a private message to CS_Agent for help.

yeah i did it more than a few times what do I do now is there anyway to fix it

@FaithOrton_   When you say you changed your number a few times, was it more than 4 times within 30 days, as that is the limit for changing numbers?

 

Edit:  Perhaps try rebooting your phone, or powering off and removing SIM and reinsert after a couple of mins and restart phone.
