I changed from 1gb plan for 25 to 20gb plan for 29 last month. It activated this month. They charged me 29 but the system so that I am still at the previous plan. How to solve the problem?

@Felixno95 , to verify exactly which plan you currently have, clear cache or use another browser to log in. If still same, you can use the chatbot to contact a cs agents to confirm.
