Unfortunately, none of us thought to ask if you were suspended. Adding the money restarted your previous plan. The support people are likely to re-arrange that for you.
The way to change plans while in suspension is to change it first and then pay for it.

@Slowmo When did your renewal happen? It seems like the funds you loaded was used to renew your old plan instead? Then you need to add funds again ($50+tax) if you want to do an immediate plan change. Otherwise ask customer support if they can do the change for the difference between the two plans as a gesture of goodwill if your account just renewed today.

I tried that but it says I have not enough funds I jus reloaded my account with the 50 but my old plan renewed automatically so it only shows 10$ remaining could u help

If you can login to your account then you can do that yourself. Change plan now will start a new 30 day plan and there is no pro-rating the old plan. So it's usually suggested to do next renewal. Or if you're out of data for a few days maybe the data add-ons would hold you over until your renewal.

Login to My Account and Click Change Plan, pick the plan you want and choose either Change Plan Now or Change on next renewal date.
If you don't need the extra data now , click Change on next renewal date
If you pick Change Plan now, PM will charge you now and start a new cycle now. Remaining days from the old cycle will be gone and no partial refund
