Change payment info

I am needing to change my payment information asap.  My husband's phone has been shut down.  My card was compromised and the bank canceled it.  I have a new one but the system will not let me make the change!  Please let me know how to fix this!  Thank you!

Easiest way is to use the app to update payment information.
