Go to your self serve account and under -> My Profile Click change number.

Once you Select that, next choose the option for "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider"

 

When porting make sure

• your old provider's account is still active.
• Put your old provider's account number without "Dashes" on the porting form.
• Put the name exactly as shown on the old provider's bill.

Once you do that you will not run into any issue while porting the number over.

If you sign in to self-serve, and click on "change number", there's an option to "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider". 

That wasn't working for me, so then I had to talk to the bot, and put in a ticket for the Mods, who were able to switch it over after a couple of hours after confirming some info. The Mods can take up to a few days to respond if they're busy.

Edit: Make sure you keep your account with your current/former provider until the switch happens, otherwise you could lose your old number!
