Card replacement in subscription

I recently lost my old credit card and would like to add a new card to pay my subscription. But it seems that the app does not allow me to update my credit card. Can anyone help with that? Thank you! @CS_Agent

@JeJe - Wait a day or two for it to load up, but if you need it activated ASAP, go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher or go to Recharge to get a voucher to load up temporarily. The physical ones look somewhat like this:

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue. Many have been reported unable to update credit card information for months. Just gotta keep on trying or go to your local gas station and buy a payment voucher and load it to your account under the payment section , add vouchers.
