Cant call or text, Notification on phone says phone not allowed for voice?

It was working fine this morning as I just received a text from my coworker in the morning. I tried sending one in the afternoon though and it said it couldn't send and now I am getting the phone not allowed for voice notification.

Are services down for anyone else? How do I fix this.

first thing first.  Try to reboot the phone.   Do you see it connected to the network at all?

If that does not work, try to change the Preferred network to 3G and see if it works

Still not work,  login to My Account and confirm if the account status showing Active.  If it is suspended, it is a different story

If it is active, then the last thing you can try, Reset all networks and see if it helps (please note it will delete the saved Wifi as well, but you can easily add them back later)
