I am not sure if this is a sim card or phone issue.

@MermaidMolly Make sure your power and volume buttons are not broken. Turn the phone off and quickly press those buttons to make sure they are not stuck. Then power it on again and see how it goes.

Hold down the power button and power off then power the phone back on…I think it just need to be rebooted.
Ultimately, you might have to bring it into a cell phone repair store to have it checked.

@MermaidMolly it is a phone issue., not sim
You can also test your PM sim in another phone to confirm.

What is the make and model of phone? Can help if we know what type of phone it is.
The phone could be locked by another carrier.

@MermaidMolly , that looks like a possible phone issue. It does not appear to be booting up properly.
