Hi, I have two accounts and cannot sign in to either of them anymore. I tried resetting my passwords and the system said new passwords accepted, but it will still not let me sign in.

@reyexperiments- The system is not working today. You can buy vouchers in stores or online and dial 611 to enter them. Or use real time payments in some stores. Then that will reactivate your services without needing to log in.

Did that end up addressing your issue? I am having the same issue, but it's not resolved by using a different browser.

I too am trying this for the last 2 weeks. Frustrating beyond belief. I will report that going into an incognito window works. Thanks for providing this info- I do however wish I had found it a few weeks ago and not spent over an hour trying to sort it out.

Is your email and password correct?
If so, try logging in in another browser or in Incognito mode.
