Cannot make calls. The system is telling me I do not have a long distance add-on. This started the middle of last week.

Have you tried turning you phone off, waiting 10 seconds before turning it back on? Sometimes, that process works.

How long does it usually take to get a response from the Mod team?
It can take up to 48 hrs for a response. Have you checked your account to see if you have used up your minutes recently? Sometimes it takes a bit to update your usage.That plan only has 50 mintes and then it will stop allowing calls until you either add a calling addon or you start a new 30 day cycle.

@karinebba, try inserting a 1 in front of the 10 digit number. Also, is this the first time this is happening with a particular area code? There are instances where account provisioning problems prevent the area codes from being properly assigned against the calling feature in an account. If this turns out to the be the problem, then moderator team assistance is needed to refresh the account. Try adding 1 first and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

1min and 12 seconds used.
The number is local and if it wasn't it is Canada Wide Calling included in the plan.
