Cannot login, password reset not working, cannot talk to an agent, what company is this?

@xamolxe The support model is slightly different, you need to open ticket with PM support to engage them
if you have already tried Reset Password link there, please open ticket using one of the two methods below
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

All support by PM staff is on-line through personal mail at Community.
If you changed password wait 20-30 min before trying to log in again.
If log in fails: Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.
