Cannot log in or change password

I cannot log in or change my password  for like a month now.  My plan is now expired because I cannot get into my account to pay.  Anyone no the fix?  The bot is no help

@pridelandscapin   When was your last payment made?  As long as the account hasn't been unpaid for 90 days of suspension, then you can definitely reactivate it by purchasing a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.  Recharge.com will also email the voucher PIN to load via 611 but you pay a fee for the convenience.   This gives you time to sort out the login.

Can you try changing your password again, but clear your browser cache and go incognito.
