Cannot activate phone or submit a ticket

Hello everyone,

I've been trying for a week now, and I cannot get my new sim card (physical sim) activated. I have tried to submit a ticket many times, but it just says "There seems to be an error submitting the ticket". I have double checked all of my account numbers, phone numbers, everything. Is there anything else I can do? I'm at the point where I might just cancel and stay with koodo because this is ridiculous. I also cannot submit a ticket through any of the other categories, including "Other".

Any help is appreciated,

It is post-paid, and I just sent a message directly.

@JacobStorback  First are you using the APP to activate and not we site ? Also is it Koodo pre paid or Koodo post paid . If post paid fine , if pre paid you need to first activate account with temp PM phone number then get support to help you transfer it
