Cannot acces account, do not know the email

I am unable to access my account or create a ticket. How can I contact an agent to change my email ^

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here

HI @tudorgaraba   if you have couple email addresses only, you can use the Reset Password link there and enter them all.  See if any of those will get the email from PM

 

If not, then  please open ticket with PM CS agent for them to check:

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
