Cannot Receive a verification code in China

Hi,

I suspended my account a week ago as going back to China. Then later to get a verification code. I resumed service on Public Mobile, and I paid the subscription just 15 minutues ago. But I still did not receive the verification code through messages. 

I wonder what I can do to receive the verification code through text.

Sorry, but there isn't any Public Mobile service available in China.   Have the code sent to e-mail.
