Hi there,
I am trying to cancel a business phone, but having trouble. Can log into this Community forum, but can't seem to cancel my account (are there two seperate logins?). Any tips? Is there any way to contact Public Mobile to cancel the account?

You need to login to your self-serve
There you should remove your credit card info and cancel the autopay.
To stop any activities you could also report the phone lost.
After 90 days of inactivity it will be cancelled permeantly.
