I need service cancelled on this phone before the May 24th billing cycle. Account log in attempts and creating an account are not working. Pin unknown. Can verify account by credit card.

@Ireneat1970 - are you porting out to another provider? If so, that will automatically close your Public Mobile account here, just make sure you Public account stays open and use your Public account number to complete the port (account number can be found in any activation email received, located in the TO area of the email).

Otherwise, being in suspended status for over 90 days closes your account here too. So if you don't know your PIN (which you can reset on your My Account), and you cannot get on your My Account, then follow @hairbag1 's link to submit a ticket to get back into My Account, so you can manage this.

you need to submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to help to get back into My Account, them disable Pre-authorized payments there

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If you have AUTO PAY enabled you do have a problem. You can try contacting CS but some agents may give you problems because you don't have a pin # and also don't know your account #. I would suggest that you contact your Credit Card and stop payments to PM.

Before midnight eastern of the 23rd, log in to your credit card and pause it. Unpause it the next morning. That way the autopay would not pay and the account will suspend. Then 3 months later it will fully deactivate.

Unless you have sufficient balance or lots of rewards.
