How do I cancel an order

HI @ThatPug   not bad to return after if it is a CPO phone.  OP can try it out first  🙂

They're sadly swamped at the moment to the point that it'll take 24-48 hours to cancel an order, so yeah just returning it is the most likely solution if it's a phone.

What kind of order?

PM service or add-on - cannot do that once paid

Ordered phone - you have 30 days to return it. You could contact agent and inquire if it is shipped or not and then discuss with agent cancellation.

For addon? for sim card or phone?

 

For sim card, likely no refund , no cancellation

For phone, you can do that, they have a 30 days full refund anyway

For add-on, they might be able to put the money back in your My Account.  If you have bought that by mistake, and  you didn't use the add-on at all, it should be ok

 

Just open ticket with CS agent for your enquiry:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
