Hey I have left the country and I can’t get the pw reset to work and all I want to do it cancel my account.  
can someone please help me

Clear the cache and go incognito on your computer before login to your account then have the 2FA code sent by email.

Disable AutoPay/Subscribed button. After 90 days of nonpayment. Your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

If you still can’t login to your account, submit a ticket through Chat icon.
