Cancel an order for a phone

Hi, 

Just ordered a phone with public mobile because I thought I lost mine. 

Now I gotta cancel this phone order, but haven't been able to find who to call or where in the order email I could cancel it from.

@racharben  - Well, glad you found your phone! 😊

 

Even if you do not cancel it in time, and it gets shipped and received. You have a 30-day return policy, so you can still start the return that way as well.

Hi @racharben  you can try to open a ticket with PM Support and hope they can stop the order if they have not shipped out yet.  Worse case, you can wait for the phone and you have 30 days to ship back for full refund

 

to open ticket,   click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
