I have two PM accounts. One account and one payment plan which is successfully activated.
I also have another account that is not yet activated. I need to cancel that account prior to activation. THe PM portal does not allow me to log on until I have completed activation.
How to I cancel an account that has payment info provided but that is not activated and won't/can't be activated?

Why don’t you just remove the active SIM and put it in your second phone?
This way you will have a spare SIM and if you want. Download the app on the second phone and activate the second SIM with a new number.
