Cancel Public Mobile account

I am new to Public Mobile and I signed up requesting a SIM to be sent. I have not received the SIM and it is taking a while to start up my plan, I have tried to contact a CS agent three times now and there is no response. I would like to cancel my entire subscription with Public Mobile and get a full refund as I have been charged and have not even gotten to start using my plan at all!

how you contact the agent? via message  or chatbot?

check the community inbox and check if agent replied: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

And yes, it is possible to cancel at this stage as the service has not started yet.  You might want to message them again here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
