Is there a list of FaQs

Can I use the plan as if there was no border?

Yes. But depends on how old your phone is. What is your phone model?

@L_D

as far as I can tell, this plan is designed with "snowbirds" in mind. You'll be able to rec / send calls to most any US and Cdn numbers, text and use data just as you would at home. For best talk experience, confirm if your cell is VOLTE enabled by PM. While at home, disable wifi and make a local call. If the call stays on LTE , you're good to go. If it drops to 3G...well... not so good. The US has shut down their 3G for talk...so you'd need a VOLTE enabled phone OR a phone that will drop to 2G for calling.

Sort of, @L_D

you might find that whether your device has VoLTE capability calling may be an issue in the USA unless you're device can switch down to 2G

When crossing the border you also need to turn on roaming and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T
