The system will not accept my credit card. Why? Same Card # Just new expiry.

Recent issues with payment system. Supposedly fixed, but some customers still having issues.
Here is some additional information:
Sometimes you have to try again in 24 hours.

Hi @WDTTSL
First, please know that when you contact a CS Agent, they are overseas.
Second, if it entering this information fails three times, you are automatically locked out of the system and will have to wait 1 hour. My suggestion, wait just over an hour or a bit longer, then, go into your browser settings and clear the cache and restart the browser. Then try again. Alternatively you can use the app (after that hour plus wait). Here's how.
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.
