Can’t register my service

I paid service and eSim on Aug 20th, when I try to download public mobile app, it needs my phone number, where can I find my phone number. I have been texting you  to solve the problem, no answering. You started to charge me already, but I can’t use anything, this is not right.

@Emily1018  - did you see the option to 'continue to select a new number'?https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/subscribing

If you don't get that option, try uninstalling the app and installing it again on your phone.

When you subscribed, you have the option of picking a new number or did you port your old number over to PM from another carrier?

If you go back into the app, instead of pressing 'Shop Subscription Plans' tap on 'Log In' and sign in with the New Email and Password you've already created and it should let you pick up and resume Activation from where ever you left off or wherever the Activation failed.

The number it's trying to send the code to, do you have it active with another provider?
