Hi there! I switched from Virgin to Public Mobile yesterday and today I would like to switch back to Virgin.
A phone number port has been requested however I can't receive text messages still today. Can you please accept the phone number transfer to Virgin?

NO PM employee here. Only customers. You request will not be handled based on your post.
WHY you cannot receive SMS on your phone? If you have such issues open a ticket first to resolve that and then to port out.
