Can’t activate account because can’t receive incoming text for passcode.How to resolve as data and phone work as well as texting out. Just can’t receive texts.

I finally got the texting to work on your suggestion. I bought a new eSIM and changed it.
please credit my account for the eSIM. And close this ticket.
hopefully the US data will work too. But I won’t know till I travel there in few weeks.

@ForeMoor I’ll send you the porting team number private message . Give them a call they can re trigger the port request for you

@ForeMoor How long has it been? Porting process can take up to two hours to complete. If you replied to the text message authenticating the porting request, you just need to wait. After a couple of hours, reboot your phone and test to see emif everything is working.

Did you leave your SIM card in from your old provider and reply to the confirmation text to port out?
