Can't receive inbound calls after transferring number (after 5 hours)

johalloran
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Any inbound calls go straight to voicemail. I've recently signed up, and transferred my number from Rogers. I confirmed the transfer with the Rogers SMS. I've also waited 6+ business hours since initiating the transfer.
I can't submit a support ticket, as I get a 404 from the chatbot link.

hi @johalloran check if your Rogers sim still functioning.   If not, it's good, Rogers passed the number to PM already.  What you need to do next is to reboot the phone and test both inbound and outbound calls

if outbound calls so not work, the sim was not setup properly on the system,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Hi @johalloran

Seems like the port didn't go through right. I'll PM you a number to call to fix this. Check the top right corner of the page.
