Can't make or receive calls on US data roaming

I have US talk/text roaming plan for $15. Texts are working, calls are not. Can't make or receive calls. Confirmed add-on is on account, restarted phone, tried with data roaming toggled on and off. Not working at all.

can you pass screenshot of your add-ons in your account is the right one for US data roaming.

you purchased Unlimited U.S. Talk and Text = $15 but no data on it.

@Bethwann Likely you are being limited by the 3G network shut down. Manually switch the network to T-Mobile as mentioned above and see if that works.
