Can't make calls

Both my husband and I are having problems with Public Mobile.  I can't make calls (and don't think I can receive them either because a call went straight to voice mail yesterday), but SMS and data are both working.  My husband can't make calls and can't send or receive texts (not sure about internet).  Anyone else having similar problems today?  We're in Ontario.

I accepted your solution by mistake.  Don't know how to undo it.  Also I'm EAST of Oshawa not west as I had previously indicated.

I've already rebooted my phone twice.  I guess I can try taking out the sim card and putting it back in, but since we both have issues, I didn't think that the sim card would be the issue.

@RJN if both your accounts have issue, likely is an local outage, might be related with Oshawa's.

 

Try to reboot the phone once, or even reseat the sim card.

We're about two hours west of Oshawa in North Frontenac.  I did see that Telus had an outage there but couldn't tell how far out the outage went.
