I can't login to my account, I reset my password and still can't login.

I want to check my account for calls and data usage.

Hi @troytop when you had the blocker on, what error message you got?

 

And yes, many login issue was because of browser extension

I had this problem and tracked it down to an ad blocker. In case this works for others, I disabled Adblock Plus for the following URLs:

  • selfserve.publicmobile.ca
  • telusidentity.telus.com

hi @Meow I don't think yiu need to wait the 20 min

  I usually  can login immediately after password change  

 

I think just a brown cache problem only

After password reset your should wait 20-30 min before trying to log in again.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
