Can’t login to my new account Forbidden A1

I paid for my new plan already when I tried to transfer my old number to a public mobile activation, but it failed. After that, I was unable to login again on the web, and both apps don’t work. Please help.

@Nabel123   When were you trying to do this?  Just wondering if it was overnight because the system may have been down for maintenance, some have said they got the Forbidden A1 during such times.  When you say "both apps don't work" what apps do you mean?  Are you trying to activate with the Public Mobile app on both iPhone and Android?

I presume the number you're trying to transfer is from a mobile service which is still active? It needs to be active to move to a new provider.
