I can't log in to pay my bill and i put my email in and it says that's it's not active but KY phone is still active

This seems to be a recurring problem (which I am also having) and you just keep giving the same advice. Chatbot transparently can't solve this. This is a higher order problem, no? It seems like people are just being given the run around.

@Bigsexy420 Are you using the right email? If you have other email addresses, try them all. Make sure to clear cache/cookies and use incognito/private mode before logging into your account.
If none of the emails work, then you'll need to contact customer support and ask them to change your email. Here's couple of links to support, but try chatbot first.

Since it's the weekend and there maybe fewer CSA's available, you could also purchase a voucher, for the time being, from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds by dialing 611 or there's online vendors like recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.
