Can't hear each other on calls

For some reason when I receive calls from certain people (seems to be telus/public mobile customers)the phone rings but we can't hear each other. Some times when I restart the phone it works but it's been happening a lot. It's this a sim card issue do you think? Account is paid and active.

you could also ask the CSA to enable volte on your cell phone. Looks like your phone might have volte..now you just need PM to turn it on for you.

Try setting your preferred network on your phone to 3G and see if it makes a difference.

What is volte? Its a Alcatel model 4052O

not a sim card issue at all. Do you have volte enabled on your phone ? What make and model is the phone ?
