I am trying to get sim online and on a plan it won’t accept my address

It will take up to 3 weeks if you order a SIM from PM.

Faster if you pick it up from your local Telus/Koodo store.

There isn't any way way to insert a space into the postal code. The website won't allow it.

Public Mobile will only accept city names that are in the drop down list when you're opening an account/activating your service or making changes to your Self Serve account.  You need to pick one of those city names to be able to proceed (even if you're not really in that city).

Postal code should look like...V2N6Y7...with no space between.
