I cannot connect to public mobile network when out and have tried everything! I’m paying for a service I cannot use!

It doesn’t show public mobile as an option only a personal and private option…

When I’m out away from my home wifi. I turned off wifi and I don’t see public mobile… I recently Aiden’s up a month ago with esim

What do you mean "when out"? Turn off your wifi. Then look at your cell bars of reception (not that wifi would change the reception). What network are you connected to? Try a full power down restart.Did you recently sign up? esim or card?

What kind of phone do you have?
If it's an iPhone, go into Settings, then Cellular then turn off automatic and click Public Mobile. Then reboot. Let us know if this worked.
