Hi,

I followed all the steps successfully. At the end I was asked to choose a phone number from the list. I chose xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Then I was asked to confirm my identity by using a code sent to that number. The message says, ''You're logging from an unknow device. To confirm it's you, enter the 6 digit code sent to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I assumed that number would be associated with the sim card that I received from PM and that inserted in the phone. But I never received any code on that phone. When I dial that number using another phone it rings but not on the phone with the new sim card.. Please help me sort this out. Thanks.

For the first time logging in after a new account is set up, the code can only be sent to the phone number.  There won't be any option to send it by e-mail, or at least not as of the last time I check on this.

@felice- You should edit you post to remove your phone number.  Since this is a public forum, anyone can grab it and send you junk & call.

@felice - Please remove your phone number since this is a Public Forum where anyone can see it.

Did you resend code? You can also try out by clicking "Didn't Get The Code" and selecting "Send as Email." If you don't have that menu option because you just signed up (Which may happen to people who just sign up with Public Mobile to just only have the SMS Option). Ask an agent for help getting access to your account.
