Hello
I lost my phone and my email on file is expired.
I am unable to access my account and cancel autopay.
my email on file is *******
please help asap. Or else I need to start the credit card dispute process.

Chat bot didn’t help me at all. I sent a msg to the call _agent hopefully they can cancel my autopay with my Cc info

This is a public forum so please remove your personal information by clicking on the V in circle top right.
You need the assistance of a CS_Agent to help you access your account by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.
I would not suggest you dispute the charges with your CC or you will be Blacklisted from PM, Koodo or Telus for a year and you will need to pay with vouchers.
