@Debbieo - Did you reply YES tot the SMS port request from your old provider and confirmed your SIM card does not work?

If porting isn't the issue, SMS has to be & your SIM may need re-provisioning. Please contact CS_Agent by clicking on the orange chat icon in bottom right corner and type in "Submit a ticket."
