Update Payment information and add funds to your Available Funds using a Credit or Debit Card.

@Linda32

Is your account status active now?  versus suspended?

If you believed you paid successfully, then try to reboot phone.  Or network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi settings).

@Linda32 @As long as it’s not been more than 90 days since the last payment . You can get payment vouchers and load them *611 and worry about log in and updating credit card later just to get services working right away

Update credit card info

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

How to change your credit card number

First and foremost, if you are changing your credit card information, you need to add every piece of information about the credit card like it was your first time. Even if it’s already auto filled, do it anyway.

When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.

On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then click on Manage Payment Method and remember, change and edit everything even if it’s already auto filled.
