Can’t activate eSIM

I just joined today and I can’t get my eSIM activated. I scanned the QR code and it says it can’t activate. I tried removing my old physical SIM card and restarting my phone - still nothing. I can’t find a customer service number to call to get this sorted out and this is my only phone number so I need it fixed ASAP. Help!

Unfortunately, there is no customer service phone number.  All customer support is done online.  Customers like yourself help on this community forum. For direct account help, you will need to contact customer service agent via either ticketing system or private message directly. 

Did you finish start your activation on website or via PM app?  If via website, you will need to finish activation on PM app.  

Is your phone eSIM compatible?

check you sim manger screen and see if the esim is already installed by the app earlier
