When I go to publicmobile.ca the very first thing I see is an offer for a plan for 40GB and $34. I cannot access this plan. I click it and it gives me the option to register or login. I login and it tells me that I already have a plan. I am directed to my account where I select "change subscription." When I view the available plans, the promotions are not present.

the plan is for new activation only and is not available for existing subscribers at this time.
keep checking your My Account, PM will sometimes have special promo plans for existing customers as well and you can see them all on your My Account's Change Subscription page

@robertrebor7 That plan is only for new activation right now n. It was offered to existing customers over Black Friday weekend . So it should come out for all existing customers again at some point perhaps x mas or Boxing Day
