Can not log into my account

Called the *611 and added money to account would like to change plans but can’t not and have not been able to log into account since I think 2015 ? Or before that ? Helpppp !! How can I change plans before the special is over tomorrow?? I need data

I’ve been waiting for a reply . But ya it’s been broken since 2015 I haven’t been able to log in but just recently wanted to change my phone plan

@cserif72 for self serve account you need to log in by your email address & password not the username like Community just so you're aware of that.

@cserif72 if you remember your PIN, it'll process faster, for account number is not really necessary as long as you have phone number with PM 🙂 when I send them a private message it should take about 3 hours or more to reply

I can’t send my account number because I do not know it since I can not log into account I’ve change my password still will not allow me in account only pubic forum I have messaged no reply

I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to change the plan for you  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

How long until a moderator replies?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
