Can not Make Calls

Hi,

I can not make calls. I can receive them but can not even call my voicemail or any one in my contacts. I tried moving the sim to another phone but it is the same problem, please help.

Hi @mohammad-shamas , have you checked your subscription status in your online account, or have you called *611 from your phone? If still having trouble, you can reach out to a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.

No, I have been with public mobile since 2017

no error message. just beeps and call failing. No I am not on a plan with specific amount of minutes.

Do you hear any type of error messgae when trying to make outgoing calls?  Also, are you on a $15 plan that includes a limited amount of outgoing minutes?

Have you recently activated here and porting your number from another provider?

Did you reply "yes" to the port authorization request?
