I added the wrong plan to my phone and now I only have access to data.. no calling or texting ... I need this fixed immediately and I sent a msg to mods yesterday AND today with no reply 😩😩😩😩

Moderator team response time is approximately 48 hours at the moment.  Stay patient.

You could consider switching the plan yourself now using selfserve, which would require paying again.  But once the Moderator Team responds, they might be able to issue a refund for the payment you made for the initial wrong plan.
