nope. Your PM service only works in Canada or US with correct plan / add-on. Airlo.com has a select of travel plans available. My friends use them and are happy with that product.
Check out Airalo or Ubigi for esim data plan options. Assuming your phone is esim capable, otherwise you can look for a physical sim card when you get to your destination.
