yep...incoming calls are unlimited as long as your current plan is Active.

We actually have no way of knowing that as we don't know which plan the customer has. There are customers with plans that don't include unlimited incoming calls.

If you run outta regular plan minutes, you simply won't be able to call out. Outgoing calls just won't complete until next regular renewal or you get a calling add-on ($5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling) You'll never be billed for calls at a later date.

Yes, you can. Your minutes limit is regarding OUTGOING minutes only. And no extra charge for receiving calls.

BTW...if you are on a plan with limited calling minutes such as the $15 plan...good idea to consider either upgrading to $25 plan OR buy a $5 add-on with 500 minutes of Canada wide calling. Those add-on minutes don't expire but stay on your account until you use 'em up...even if that takes several months or years. It's a good addition to your $15 plan.

 Yes @jinnrers

Incoming calls from anywhere are always included in your plan.

The $15 plan includes 100 outgoing minutes so you can run out of those.
