Any plan you currently see available in the self-serve you can switch to. If you want to change your plan, I would suggest future-dating the plan change (instead of changing the plan to be effective immediately). That way, your plan will change on your 90 day renewal date and you can ride out the rest of your current plan cycle.

Fingers crossed for 2016 fall promo redux... This may be a pipe dream as that offer was already running at this time.

You can usually take advantage of any offer at anytime - new or existing customers. If an offer comes up in the middle of your term (30 or 90 days) you can future date the new offer to take effect when your plan expires at the end.

It totally depends on who the promo is targeted to. Looking at the history, they excluded existing users from some promos and targeted to specific users. They allowed new and existing users to get the last promo ($45/4GB). So, no one can tell you if you will be able to get the future promo for sure as an existing user. However, i believe that they will likely launch promos to new and existing users considering if they move on from other carrier targeted competitive strategy.
