Calls randomly dropped or if somebody calls me, sometimes they get number not in service

Hi, Ever since getting on public mobile (about 3 weeks now) I've been experiencing issues, My wife tried to call me and was getting number not in service. I also have had dropped calls, today at around 3 mins call  ended. I had another day where twice at what seemed to be exactly 12 minutes it ended.

never had this issue on koodo.
